Highlands Branch of Absolute Mortgage = Absolutely Professional
We are now the Highlands branch of Absolute Mortgage. Our many years of owning our own company has led us to this awesome situation. Here we have the best of being a broker and a large mortgage banker. Under our brand Homes And Loans we had months where we closed over 300 loans in a month. As a personal producer I had months where I was closing 15 loans a month. In the mortgage business these are serious numbers.
I started my Mortgage Career under a division Guaranty Bank out of Milwaukee. It was great training. I also worked for Mellon Bank for a time. Mellon had purchased the mortgage division of US Bank. Again, great training.
I concluded where Banks offer great training, structure, and oversight they lacked flexibility and a full range of products. Even though we were told we could broker for the benefit of the clients the barriers placed upon us made in impractical.
