Amante Customer Review
I grew up in Issaquah,and I thought I knew every restaurant Issaquah had to offer, but I had never heard of Amante until about a week ago. Issaquahs Amante is located in a cute European-style building on Locust Street , and is fairly well hidden from the heavy traffic cruising down Gilman Boulevard. The interior is small and cozy with only a dozen or so tables, but a courtyard also contains a couple more. On a quiet evening, my two friends and I were shown a spot by the window by our friendly server. The first thing that struck each of us was the extensive menu. Amante offers 17 salads; 30 pizzas; six calzones; 10 hot oven grinders (such as turkey or roast beef entres); nine hot sandwiches; 28 pastas; and 12 desserts. The menu even features a low-carb section with six more entres. Amante also allows guests to create their own pizzas and calzones by picking and choosing their own ingredients. Sizes for pizzas range from 10 inches to 18 inches. Entres range from about $7 to close to $30 (mostly for the extra large pizzas). However, most entres run between $9 and $15. . Everything on the menu looked quite delicious, and after coming to terms with the fact we could not possibly eat everything on the menu in one sitting, we made our selections. I order the chicken penne pasta. I received an entre of grilled chicken, artichoke hearts and garlic, all lathered in pesto sauce. The meal was beyond delicious and quite possibly some of the best Italian cuisine Ive ever eaten. My friends ordered the four cheese baked spaghetti and Spartacus pizza. I tried a bite of the spaghetti, which was rich and also very delicious. As somebody with an unhealthy obsession with cheese, I can confidently recommend the dish. The four cheese baked spaghetti and the chicken penne, were very generous servings. My friend found the pizza to be quite tasty. The restaurant also delivers, and guests can order food online. For tasty Italian in Issaquah, look no further.

FHA And Tanglewood Condomiums, A Great Combination
I was just informed that Tanglewood expects their FHA approval next week. The foundation of my loan officer success was FHA. It is a terrific program for the low down payment buyer. WIth rates at such a bottom right now, with the drop in prices coming this week on the remaining 20% of the Tanglewood in Klahanie project Issaquah buyers are in a rare situation. Think lower payments. Here are some features of FHA.
1- Low down payments, 3.5 percent.
2- Closing costs can be paid by seller.
3- Clean credit for the last 12 months. Previous problems OK to have had if cleaned up.
4- Make sense underwriting: “That collection is paid off?” OK, document so and you can be approved,
5- BK just over 2 years ago doesn’t mean automatic denial.
6- Have a co-signer? Bring em on.
7- Gift from family for down payment? Sure.
8- Available from our branch of Loan Network. Sure, you can use us.
9- Rates as good as conventional? Usually very similar.

You Don’t Need A Deal For A Good Deal At Amante
Have you discovered Amante? It is hard to find but worth the hunt. Turn to Safeways off of Gilman going South. Take a left just past the recycle station. Go half way down the street and Amante is on the right. You will recognize it as the building in the current slide show. As of today it is the left photo also.
You don’t need a deal for a good deal. The food is great and the helpings are generous. Try this out! Go on Monday, make it a family night. Ask them for the Larry Cragun of Issaquah Undressed promotion. I bet you get one.
