I think this project has completely stopped, half built, no activity for at least a couple months. Considering the location–along a between suburbs arterial with no sidewalks and over a mile to the nearest business–it was probably a bad choice even before the economy turned south. Now, why would someone pay urban prices to live in the relative sticks? And then have condominium dues sufficient to pay for a concierge and more? Anyone can dress up a model interior with pretty furnishings. As a concept, the Bentley House, where it sits, doesn’t make sense, and probably won’t for quite a while.

All I know Siegmund is that they stopped advertising months ago. The units were going to be very nice. The location did concern me. Lar
